Classics has closed it's doors.
It's been a wonderful ride, and we've met so many great
folks in the last 9 years.
But, Alas all good things must come to an end.
Thank you all for making this the successful site that it
was.
The inventory has been sold, and the personal collection
will be sent to one of the glass museums.
Again, Thank you all.
Nick Ochs, Sandy and Butch Nance
Welcome to Classics. We are Nick Ochs (pronounced oaks)
Sandy and Butch Nance, in sunny West Central Florida. Our
main emphasis is on depression era glass: all that great
pressed depression glass in colors and crystal; Kitchen
glass from days gone by; sparkling carnival glass; along
with the wonderful hand-made and etched elegant glass from
Cambridge, Fostoria, Heisey, Imperial, Old Morgantown, Paden
City, Tiffin and some lesser known companies such as Fry,
Bryce, Beaumont, Central, Seneca and Utility Glassworks.
But, we just don't know how to pass up a bargain, so we
usually have a varied selection of other glassware, china,
porcelain, pottery, ceramics, lamps and metal works. Please
enjoy browsing our offerings and send us a note if you feel
like chatting about anything you see or don't see :-)
We at CLASSICS realize that many of you, our collectors,
know as much, if not more in your particular area of
interest than we do. Therefore, we ask you to share your
expertise with us. If you see something that we have been
unable to identify or which you believe we have
misidentified, please share that with us. It would be
impossible for us to authenticate each and every piece which
we offer for sale. We do the best we can based on our
combined extensive knowledge and even more research.
